Our production process fully complies with the relevant provisions of ISO14000 and SGS guidelines. The production and manufacturing progress can be communicated with customers at any time, and complete sales services can be provided after delivery.

 

For the installation and adjustment of equipment, our company will send professional service teams according to customer needs to provide technical training for operators, maintenance services. At the same time, we have set up an annual insurance plan to provide remote service and on-site service support in order to better serve customers.For customers who have not purchased annual insurance plans, we have set up an emergency service team with strong technical force, reasonable charges and quick response.

 

For printing material products, including printing ink, printing accessories and testing equipment, our company will provide use training according to customer needs, and provide corresponding operation manuals or instructions. For printing ink products, remote technical support and matching test service between printing ink and printing substrate are provided. For all kinds of testing equipment, our company is equipped with professional training courses and trainers. Each training course lasts for four working days, and a training certificate will be issued at the end of the course. We can send technicians to provide on-site support when customers need it.
